| WHO WE ARE
The world of adoption is ever-changing.
In 2003, over 21,000 children from Latin America, Asia, Africa
and Eastern Europe were welcomed into new families throughout
the United States. Each year brings wonderful new opportunities
in international and domestic adoption. Each year also brings
unforeseen change and disruption to adoption programs as well.
At Adoption Advocates, we believe that prospective adoptive
parents deserve realistic, unbiased, up-to-date information
about the options available in the changing world of adoption.
Our goal is to enable each family to choose
their own path in adoption through our personalized adoptive family
preparation and home study process. Over the past 18 years, we have
worked in cooperation with dozens of international and domestic
child-placing programs in 32 countries on behalf of adoptive
families and children. During 2003 and 2004, families we have worked
with have adopted children from the following countries:
| China |
Guatemala |
Russia |
| Korea |
India |
Bulgaria |
| Viet Nam |
Thailand |
Nepal |
| Ethiopia |
Liberia |
Taiwan |
| Kazakstan |
Azerbaijan |
United States |
